The Commonwealth is preparing to welcome thousands of international visitors for the FIFA World Cup 26™ series. While the MBTA will be reducing trips on the Commuter Rail between June 8 – July 12, MBTA buses, subways, and all 128BC/The Grid shuttles will continue operating on their regular schedules. Read more about all MBTA World Cup schedule changes.

With the warmer weather comes new faces and busier commutes. If a shuttle fills up before you’re able to board, please follow the guidance provided by the shuttle operator. Our dispatch team will be actively working to keep riders moving safely and efficiently.

Don’t let the dog days get you down. If your shuttle feels too warm, please let the operator know when it is safe to do so! They will be happy to adjust the air conditioning as needed. While operators periodically check the rear AC, they can’t always tell what’s happening in the back of the bus. Encountering an ongoing issue with AC? Contact us.

Thank you for choosing The Grid. Stay cool, stay safe, and have a wonderful summer!
