Shuttle Services Operations & Technology Program Manager
As 128BC’s Shuttle Services Operations & Technology Program Manager, Joshua Regan contributes to shuttle operations by overseeing the technology systems used by shuttle riders and by providing customer service support to both riders and member organizations.
Joshua manages a number of public-facing technologies. Most notably, he was responsible for building out the rider-facing mobile app (created by Tripshot), which provides daily schedule information, tracks all GRID and other 128BC shuttles, and delivers real-time service alerts. He is currently guiding 128 Business Council’s eventual transition to an automated fare collection system via this mobile app. Joshua also supports 128BC services behind the scenes by gathering and analyzing performance data, such as shuttle ridership, on-time performance, and fare collection; monitoring service usage; providing service information to new riders; and responding to incoming office inquiries.
Prior to joining 128 Business Council, Joshua worked at an auto dealership, where he provided account management, customer assistance, and service advising. He has also worked for the United Parcel Service (UPS).
