Member & Shuttle Operations Manager
Gina M. Provost is the newest member of the 128 Business Council team. She joined 128BC out of the customer service industry and thus contributes an innate sense for excellent public-facing communications. In her time on board, she has already contributed to the operations of 128 Business Council well beyond the role of Shuttle Operations Coordinator.
As Member & Shuttle Operations Manager, Gina works on shuttle operations data analysis, reporting, and output. She is also responsible for managing ridership data entry and tracking, and offering in-field supervision and support to passengers and shuttle drivers. You can also find Gina monitoring route, stop, and schedule adherence, as well as performing site visits to member locations for new service requests. She has also begun building her software package and document design skillset in order to better contribute to operations-related communications.
Prior to joining 128 Business Council, Gina worked in a variety of roles, including spending 8 years as assistant manager of an eccentric mall retailer.
