New Employee Spotlight: Meet Kevin!
We’re thrilled to welcome Kevin J. Bernier, who joined 128 Business Council in February 2024 as Shuttle Operations & Technology Manager. He pairs deep shuttle logistics experience with the tech chops that keep service reliable and rider-centered.
Kevin helps oversee our ten-route Grid system and fleet, supports riders and member organizations, and manages the tools used by riders, drivers, dispatch, and Ops. He also tracks key performance metrics—ridership, on-time performance, fare collection—and is continually expanding his analytics skills to guide smart service adjustments. His background includes work with multiple Greater Boston TMAs, dedicated and shared shuttle programs, and early efforts in fleet electrification.
A Massachusetts native, Kevin’s interest in mobility grew from too many trips to client sites unreachable by transit—and a desire to build better shared solutions. He studied at Fitchburg State and volunteers with Cradles to Crayons and Pine Street Inn, reflecting the community focus he brings to our mission.
