Station Pickup Location

Navigating from underground Red Line exit point to ground-level shuttle pickup area:

  1. The Alewife Shuttle and REV Bus board at the Passenger Pick-Up area at street level, under the station parking garage.
  2. After your Red Line arrives, exit through the main station fare gates near the front of the train. Do not use the Russell Field exit.
  3. After passing the fare gates, bear slightly right toward Drop-Off/Pick-Up, Cambridgepark Dr. Do not go to the Busway via the yellow stairs/escalators.
  4. At the end of the concourse (past Dunkin and other shops), go through the doors and take the stairs or ramp up to street level. There are multiple stairways.
  5. At Passenger Pick-Up, look for 128 Business Council signs on the platform at our pick-up stops.
  6. Grid shuttles depart from two locations in this area. For Route A2, head to Stop #1 (alongside the Secure Bike Parking “Bike Cage”).

  • Treat the driver and other passengers with respect.

  • Do not place personal items on seats when shuttle is busy.
  • Do not eat on the shuttle.
  • Do not use foul language on the shuttle.
  • Do not bring pets. Leashed service animals are welcome.
