Station Pickup Location
Navigating from underground Red Line exit point to ground-level shuttle pickup area:
- The Alewife Shuttle and REV Bus board at the Passenger Pick-Up area at street level, under the station parking garage.
- After your Red Line arrives, exit through the main station fare gates near the front of the train. Do not use the Russell Field exit.
- After passing the fare gates, bear slightly right toward Drop-Off/Pick-Up, Cambridgepark Dr. Do not go to the Busway via the yellow stairs/escalators.
- At the end of the concourse (past Dunkin and other shops), go through the doors and take the stairs or ramp up to street level. There are multiple stairways.
- At Passenger Pick-Up, look for 128 Business Council signs on the platform at our pick-up stops.
- Grid shuttles depart from two locations in this area. For Route R2, head to Stop #1 (alongside the Secure Bike Parking “Bike Cage”).
