Use a Commuter Benefits Card? Paper Vouchers Needed for Now

A commuter benefits card lets you use pre-tax dollars set aside through your employer to pay for eligible commuting costs like public transit. But due to ongoing changes to IRS guidelines, these cards are currently not accepted as a form of payment in Tripshot. 128BC is actively working on a solution, but it may take time before commuter benefits cards are accepted again within the app. In the meantime, you can still redeem your benefits using a paper voucher and mailing that voucher to us.
