OMG, I Lost My Phone!
Our riders lose their phones on the shuttle all the time, which is why we have a system in place. If you follow it, you’ll get your phone back faster and with less hassle.
Step one: Fill out our Lost & Found form immediately →
Filling out the form works better than calling our office. Better than calling Dispatch. Better than calling your boss, your building’s security team, or even the Pentagon. Please fill out the form!
And please fill out the form as completely as possible—especially details like what route you were on, what time you boarded, and where you sat. And most importantly: tell us how to reach you without your phone. Don’t give us the phone number for the phone you’ve lost!
Our Operations team watches these submissions closely and will follow up fast, asking when and where you plan to board the shuttle next. But please don’t just respond, “I’ll just get it from the driver this afternoon.” It’s not always the same vehicle or the same driver on the same route. Without specific details, we can’t guarantee the phone will make it onto the same vehicle as you.
Finally, please respond as promptly as you’re able. We’ve had cases where riders waited until mid-afternoon to reply, and by then, the driver had already left the bus yard.
