Member Spotlight is your chance to learn more about the members who make our TMA and The Grid shuttle system possible—their commitment to TDM and how they’re working toward their transportation and sustainability goals. This month we’re spotlighting KabaFusion, the supporting member at our 80 Hayden Ave (KabaFusion) stop on the A1: Alewife Shuttle.

In their own words: KabaFusion joined The Grid shuttle system on July 14, 2025, introducing a stop at their Lexington office. Over the past 6 months, employees have ridden the shuttle on a reduced fare with an easy to use, cashless app. The Grid service has been a meaningful partnership with 128 Business Council, supporting KabaFusion employees by helping bridge the gap between public transportation and our workplace.

KabaFusion is committed to the core values of KabaPeople and KabaSustain. KabaPeople represents KabaFusion prioritizing the well-being, diversity, and inclusion of its people, fostering a culture of belonging and connection. KabaSustain represents KabaFusion’s dedication to sustainable practices, driving operational efficiency and ensuring scalability to achieve long-term success and environmental stewardship. By providing alternative commute options, we are cutting our carbon footprint and supporting more efficient use of resources. Through these initiatives, KabaFusion is committed to delivering compassionate patient care while driving sustainability and ethical governance.

Every day, the Lexington shuttle service has been a reliable, low-stress, and eco-friendly part of my commute. Thanks to 128 Business Council, I have a dependable connection to Alewife Station, giving me an alternative commute that reduces stress and helps me start and end my day on a relaxed note.

Lucson Theoc, Associate Recruiter at KabaFusion

Theoc continues: “Along the way, I’ve even gotten to know drivers like Paul and Edoine, and our friendly conversations have become a bright spot in my routine. This experience truly reflects our KabaPeople value by prioritizing accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful connection.”
