Did Your Bag Buy a Ticket?

When trips fill up, every seat counts.
Shuttle seat etiquette matters most during peak commute times, when trips are more crowded. You can help by making sure your bags, coats, and other personal items aren’t preventing others from riding. There are no standees allowed on our vehicles.
A simple check helps: If someone is standing nearby, the seat next to you should be open and ready for them. Move your belongings off the seat—and consider scooting over into the window seat to make aisle seats more accessible to boarding passengers.
These small habits make the ride more comfortable for everyone on board. For more ways to “Respect the Ride,” visit your route’s homepage and look for the Rider Etiquette section.
