Three Essential Steps Before You Ride

Find Your Shuttle Route

The Grid isn’t just one shuttle. It’s a system of 50+ privately-funded stops across 10 routes. Each route has its own page with schedule, map, and fare info.

Step 1 is to find your route's dedicated homepage

Download the Rider App

Tripshot lets you pay fares, plan trips, track your bus, and get route-specific alerts. Unless you’re paying the full fare in cash every ride, you need this app!

Step 2 is to download Tripshot app onto your phone

Sign Up for Email Alerts

Join your route’s email list for timely updates on schedule changes, weather impacts, or other emergencies. You’ll only get essential messages, never spam.

Step 3 is to sign up for route-specific service emails

Everything (Else) You Need for a Smooth Shuttle Ride

Finished the 3 steps above? (Found your route, set up the app, and signed up for shuttle emails?) Then head to the Shuttle Info landing page for system-wide fares, holiday schedules, weather policies, and accessibility details.
