Availability is limited—our calendar fills quickly! Contact us to schedule programming 1–2 quarters ahead. Current options are listed below, and we also enjoy creating new programs to meet your specific needs as they arise. These opportunities are available to all members of our Transportation Management Association, including supporting members of The Grid Shuttle System.
We are always happy to support your TMA investment with on-site tabling events in cafeterias, lobbies, or common areas. We’ll bring literature and giveaways—plus set up engagement stations to draw people in and make transportation awareness fun and visible. Interactive elements might include raffles, spinning trivia wheels, a live commute polling board, commute bingo, travel behavior pledge cards, or a reflective decal decoration station.
Make sure your employees and tenants know how to ride with confidence! This session covers everything from how shuttle routes are planned to what to expect when boarding. Participants will learn about rider app downloads, schedules, and first-time rider tips to make commuting with The Grid seamless. On-site events include a chance to check out a real shuttle—and snap a selfie in the driver’s seat!
Make it easy for your employees or tenants to get personalized commuting support—right where they work! Our transportation experts will set up in your cafeteria, lobby, or break room so people can drop by at their convenience. We’ll help them explore commuting options, set up shuttle access, and understand transit benefits. A low-effort, high-impact way to encourage sustainable travel choices.
A fun, interactive way to engage employees or tenants—while also encouraging non-SOV commuting! 128BC will host a live trivia event featuring customized questions about local transit, commuter benefits, and sustainable travel options. Along the way, participants will learn essential commuting info they might not have sought out otherwise—all while competing for prizes and bragging rights!
Train and equip employees at your site to be transit champions within their workplace! This session gives your team’s ambassadors the knowledge to answer coworkers’ questions, share transit updates, and encourage participation in commuter challenges—helping to build a stronger culture of sustainable commuting at your organization.
Many employees take commuting cues from their managers. This training equips managers, HR teams, and other site leaders with the knowledge they need to understand shuttle programs, transit benefits, and commuting options so they can encourage non-SOV commuting within their teams. This can also be structured as a property manager-sponsored session meant to benefit tenants.
Encourage employees to commit to one non-SOV commute day, planning and documenting the experience. A free shuttle pass or other incentive can help them get started. 128BC staff can provide on-site support to get your affiliates signed up and ready. This challenge can also take the form of a Transit-Themed Team Scavenger Hunt, adding an even more fun, interactive element to the experience.
A fast-paced networking session where employees connect with coworkers who are also interested in shuttling, transit, carpooling, or biking. Whether they’re looking for a transit buddy, carpool partner, or first-time biking support, this event makes it easier to find commuting connections and build a stronger culture of sustainable travel in the workplace.
Give your employees or tenants the confidence to take better care of their bikes, avoid mechanical issues before they start, and make informed decisions when visiting a bike shop. This hands-on clinic walks participants through a comprehensive bike safety and maintenance checklist, covering proper bike fit, tire pressure, brake function, chain care, frame checks, and more.
Offer your employees or tenants a practical, hands-on session to help them bike safely through winter or properly store their bike until spring. Participants will learn how to stay visible in low-light conditions, protect their bike from salt and grime, perform season-specific maintenance, prevent damage during months of non-use, and more.
Bring the bike mechanic to your site! Employees and tenants can sign up for a one-on-one, 15-minute session where we’ll inspect their bike for fit, brake function, chain wear, frame integrity, and more—all while explaining each step so they can learn how to spot potential issues on their own in the future.
Host a Bike-to-Work Day at your site to encourage employees or tenants to try cycling as a commute option! 128BC will handle planning and advertising ahead of time, then be on-site the day of the event to hand out celebratory rewards and share multimodal commuting information. A great way to promote healthy, sustainable commuting and build a bike-friendly culture!
Assess your site’s walkability and bike accessibility with 128BC’s transportation experts. We’ll walk your campus with you to identify missing sidewalks, bike parking needs, and pedestrian hazards—helping you prioritize non-SOV infrastructure improvements. This audit can also include employee or tenant engagement through surveys or meetings to better understand commuter needs and challenges.
