How It Works
If you got to work using a non-SOV (single-occupancy vehicle) mode of transportation and you experience a qualifying emergency that makes it so you cannot take that mode back home again, just:

Step 1
Get approval from your supervisor for an Emergency Ride Home.

Step 2
Take a taxi or rideshare home or other eligible location.

You can use the Emergency Ride Home program if:
- You are affiliated with a 128 Business Council member organization. (Not sure? Check out our list of members.)

- You are headed home, to a transit connection point, to your child’s daycare or school, to a doctor’s office (for sudden illness), or to another supervisor-approved destination.
