Agile Mile

A new platform is coming to help you plan smarter, ride better, and get rewarded for greener commutes. Starting early 2026, Agile Mile will power 128BC’s new ride planning and reward system.
Explore All Our Commuter Resources

Earlier this year, 128 Business Council participated in a competitive, statewide procurement process coordinated by MassCommute, the coalition of Massachusetts’ nonprofit Transportation Management Associations (TMAs).1 After an in-depth review process, Agile Mile was selected to serve as the new ridematching and commuter engagement platform for the entire MassCommute network, including our 128BC community.

Agile Mile is a modern, mobile-first tool that makes it easier than ever to explore your commuting options, track your progress, and get rewarded for reducing drive-alone trips. Whether you ride The Grid, bike to work, carpool with a coworker, or telecommute, Agile Mile is designed to support all non-SOV (non-single-occupancy vehicle) commuters affiliated with our member organizations.

We’re excited to roll out this new system in early 2026. Soft launch begins in January, when we’ll begin inviting eligible commuters to test out the platform and participate in the onboarding process.

Explore these powerful new features—coming your way soon:

Match with Carpools & Vanpools

Agile Mile makes it easy to find carpool and vanpool matches (including cross-border rides) based on proximity, preferences, and commuting schedule.

Find Transit, Bike & Walk Buddies

Use Agile Mile to match with others who want to ride transit, bike, or walk together. It’s a great way to try new routes and build a consistent, low-stress commuting routine.
