- The CityPoint Shuttle (Bus 701) is for CityPoint pass holders only.
- There is no fare for CityPoint Employees with a CityPoint shuttle pass.
- Shuttle pass must be shown upon every boarding.
The CityPoint Shuttle is a professional commuter service. Foul language and/or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in permanent loss of shuttle privileges.
All arrival times are approximate. Please arrive at stop at least 5 minutes before listed time.
Shuttle will not wait for late riders.
If you believe you have lost an item on one of our shuttles, please email email@example.com with the following information:
-Shuttle bus number
-Time you boarded the shuttle
-Approximate location of where you sat
-Phone number where we can reach you
Alternatively, you may call 781-890-0093, ext. 2, to speak with a live dispatcher for the shuttles.
If we have found your missing item, we will contact you to coordinate the timely return.
Individuals with paratransit needs in the Metro-Boston area may be eligible to use THE RIDE, a door-to-door, shared-ride transportation service operated by the MBTA for those who cannot use fixed-route transit due to physical, mental, or cognitive disability.
