The 128 Business Council, a non-profit organization, reduces traffic congestion in the Route 128/West area by providing alternative transportation solutions and education to members and the community. We service the Route 128/West corridor from Woburn to Needham, including the communities of Woburn, Burlington, Lexington, Waltham, Weston, Newton, Wellesley and Needham.

128 Council Connection Shuttles provide more than 250,000 riders per year, removing single-occupancy vehicles from the existing traffic congestion. We are funded by private member companies who are committed to the continued economic vitality of the area. We also work closely with and have received project funding from state and federal transportation agencies.
