  • The Waltham Route A Shuttle is for Cimpress Employees only
  • A Cimpress ID must be shown to ride
  • There is no fare for Cimpress employees to ride the shuttle

Morning arrival times are approximate and depend upon several factors, including: traffic and weather conditions as well as how many riders are going to different stops on the route. The shuttle will only stop at locations in the morning if riders are traveling there. Morning arrival times will most likely be earlier than those listed. To use the shuttle in reverse, in either the morning or the evening, please call the Council.

A Cimpress Shuttle ID card must be presented upon all boardings. The Waltham Shuttle is a professional commuter service. Foul language and/or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in permanent loss of shuttle privileges. All arrival times are approximate. Please arrive at stop at least 5 minutes before listed time. Shuttle will not wait for late riders.

If you believe you have lost an item on one of our shuttles, please email 128bc@128bc.org with the following information:

-Your name

-Item description

-Shuttle bus number

-Time you boarded the shuttle

-Approximate location of where you sat

-Phone number where we can reach you

Alternatively, you may call 781-890-0093, ext. 1, to speak with a live dispatcher for the shuttles. 

If we have found your missing item, we will contact you to coordinate the timely return.

Individuals with paratransit needs in the Metro-Boston area may be eligible to use THE RIDE, a door-to-door, shared-ride transportation service operated by the MBTA for those who cannot use fixed-route transit due to physical, mental, or cognitive disability.
